ACHIEVEMENTS

Sheetal Sohni started her career as a Special Educator at ‘The Shri Ram Universal School’ in the year 2019. It is one of the well-known inclusive schools. She has attained efficiency in managing students with special needs and has successfully moved the students from the special needs to the regular general education classroom. This has immensely boosted her confidence and she is able to work on the behaviors of the students tactfully. Her jolly way of teaching boosts up the confidence in the students and helps the student comprehend the concepts easily. Her main aim is to enhance the skills of the students with various neuro developmental and Intellectual disabilities (previously known as Mental Retardation) and make them self-dependent and earn their living with the basic skills. As per her research and trainings she has attained knowledge in handling students with various disabilities like Autism, ADHD, Learning Disability, Intellectual Disability, School Counselling and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). She has taken 50+ hands on trainings on Autism and Learning Disability and is pursuing B.Ed in the field of Intellectual Disability. She is also an ISO certified Jolly Phonics and Jolly Grammar trainer. She has also done intensive training on Play therapy, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and many more.

Smt. Madhukanta Waghray



Smt. MADHUKANTA WAGHRAY has been learning Hindustani music ever since she was a child under the guidance of her Guru's - LATE Smt.Vasumathi Dantale and Shri. Jangaiah Garu. She is currently employed with" Chirec Public School " as a faculty member in Music and arts. She has trained many a child prodigy for more then a decade now. She is a professional in performing arts and has staged many performances in renowned institution's like Ravindra Bharathi. She has earned a Bachelor of Arts in Hindustani Vocal from Shri Thyagarja Music and Dance college, Ramkote,Hyderabad. She has also achieved a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature,Economics and political Science from Osmania University,Hyderabad.





ACHIEVEMENTS

She has been taking part in various inter school competitions held by Bharat Vikas Prashad at both regional and state levels since 2001 and has earned many accolades. Students who have trained under her have brought many trophies to the Chirec International School.

She encourages her students to contribute towards the field of music by having them appear for Hindustani vocal exams hosted by Gandharva Mahavidhyalaya, Miraj . Aurangabad (Govt Affiliated ) since 2001.

Smt.Madhukanta Waghray presented a patriotic song performce along with her students at the Raj Bhavan ,Hyderabad in the presence of former Governor of Andhra Pradesh Sri.Susheel Kumar Shinde.


She won awards at National level patriotic song competition for Hindi & Sanskrit songs for her Compositions


TOLLYWOOD touch : she took tutions for leading singer SUNITA


She taught Chirec International School Students Multi Millet Cookies, pani puris...

she tought non stove cooking to Govt School Students.
